Anthony Crouts III is a senior commercial real estate advisor with over eight years of institutional-scale experience across Class A office and medical office assets in the Northeast. He has overseen the operations and management of more than 1.2 million square feet of commercial real estate, including Fortune 500-anchored Class A towers in the Manhattan market.
Prior to founding ACCRE, Anthony held senior management positions at CBRE (Senior Real Estate Manager, Charlotte) and Lincoln Property Company (Commercial Property Manager across Charlotte, Augusta, and Dublin, GA — specializing in medical office assets). This background in healthcare real estate operations, combined with direct institutional management experience, gives ACCRE’s advisory a level of depth that generalist brokers simply cannot match.
Anthony is a native of the Bronx and holds active broker licenses in New York, Connecticut, Georgia, North Carolina, Alaska, and Washington. He is a CCIM designation candidate — the gold standard in commercial real estate investment analysis.
