Who We Are
ACCRE Property Investments is a healthcare-exclusive commercial real estate advisory firm headquartered in the Bronx, New York. We represent physicians, specialty practices, and healthcare operators across the Bronx, Westchester County, and Southern Connecticut — and we represent only tenants, never landlords.
Our firm was built on a specific premise: that independent healthcare operators deserve institutional-grade real estate strategy, not a general practitioner who handles retail and office alongside their one medical deal per year.
Every member of our advisory team has a background rooted in healthcare real estate — from lease negotiations and OPEX audits to practice transitions and investment sales. Our coverage spans 14 counties across the New York and Connecticut markets.

Principal & Founder
For the last decade, Anthony has worked at the intersection of institutional commercial real estate and healthcare operations — with time spent inside some of the country’s leading real estate management and brokerage organizations, including major institutional platforms where he managed Class A commercial portfolios and represented both ownership and occupancy interests across multiple states.
That experience — particularly his time on the landlord side — is central to ACCRE’s value proposition. Anthony understands precisely how ownership groups structure leases, calculate pass-throughs, and approach renewals. That knowledge now works exclusively for tenants.
Anthony’s family has deep roots in the Bronx and Yonkers, with family-owned property throughout the Bronx and Connecticut. ACCRE’s Bronx headquarters is not a marketing decision — it reflects a genuine, long-standing connection to the community this firm was built to serve.
